ground chicken breast

sloppy joe sauce

cheddar cheese, shredded

low-fat baking mix

eggs, slightly beaten

fat-free milk

sesame seeds
In a large skillet, cook chicken, onions, and bell peppers until the chicken is no longer pink. Add sloppy joe sauce. Mix well. Preheat the oven to 400. Prepare a 9" x 13" pan with cooking spray. Place chicken mixture into pan. Sprinkle top with cheese; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine baking mix, eggs, and milk. Mix until moistened. Pour evenly over chicken mixture in pan. Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly over top. Bake, uncovered for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
