fat-free cottage cheese

cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9" x13" pan with cooking spray set aside. In a large saucepan, cook chicken, onions, and vegetables until the chicken is no longer pink. Drain, if needed. Stir in water, tomato sauce, tomato paste, sloppy joe sauce mix, parsley, and pizza seasoning. Mix well and bring to a boil. Add cooked pasta. Spread half the chicken mixture into the prepared pan. Spread the cottage cheese and sprinkle half the cheddar cheese evenly over top. Spread the remaining chicken mixture over top. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Cover and bake for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
