Spray a 3 1/2 -quart cooker with cooking spray. Pour pie filling into cooker; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, margarine, milk, baking powder, almond extract, and salt. Mix until combined. Spread batter evenly over pie filling in cooker. Cover and cook on high for two hours, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
