frozen broccoli flowerets, thawed

chicken broth

low-fat cream of chicken soup

egg noodles

In a 5 - quart slow cooker, combine chicken pieces, onions, vegetables, chicken broth, and soup. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for seven hours, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are done. Add noodles last and cook an additional 30 minutes.
