low-sodium chili seasoning mix

canned dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained

In a large skillet, cook chicken and onions until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in chili seasoning mix, tomatoes, kidney beans, and tomato sauce. Mix well. Place mixture into a 5-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for five hours, or until bubbling.
