low sodium chicken broth

canned Italian style tomatoes, undrained

shell pasta
In a 5- quart slow cooker, combine chicken breast pieces, carrots, celery, pizza seasoning, garlic powder, chicken broth, and tomatoes. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for six hours. Add pasta within the last 30 minutes of cooking time. Cover and cook again for 20 minutes, or until pasta is done.
