turkey ham, cooked and cubed

Preheat oven to 325. Prepare a 13" x 9" casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a 12" non-stitck skillet over medium heat, cook celery, onions, and bell peppers until tender, stirring occasionally. In mixing bowl, combine celery mixture, cornbread stuffing, water, corn, ham, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Spoon into prepared dish. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes, or until heated through.
