turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed

onions, chopped

vegetable juice

chili powder

salt

cayenne pepper

canned red beans, drained and rinsed

10 ozs
canned diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained

10 ozs
frozen corn, thawed
In a large saucepan, combine turkey and onions. Cook until onions are tender. Stir in vegetable juice, chili powder, salt, cayenne pepper, beans, tomatoes, and corn. Mix well. Bring mixture to a boil. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes, or until bubbly.
