carrots, shredded fine

walnuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare 24 small square baking pans with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, cinnamon, water, eggs, oil, carrots, and walnuts, until all is moistened. Fill prepared pans about three-fourths full. Bake for 25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
