turkey light meat skinless, cooked and cubed

frozen spinach, thawed and well drained

low-fat spaghetti sauce

pizza seasoning

mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9" x13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a large skillet, cook onions until tender. Add turkey, spinach, spaghetti sauce, pizza seasoning, and salt. Heat through. Spread mixture into prepared dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake for 25 minutes, or until bubbly.
