strawberry jam

fresh strawberries, quartered
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl combine yogurt, sugar, oil, vanilla extract, and egg. Mix well; set aside. In another mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to liquid ingredients and mix until all is moistened. Pour batter evenly into prepared pan. Spoon jam over batter randomly. Sprinkle with fresh strawberries. Bake for 50 minutes, or untl toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
