crushed pineapple, drained well

coconut, toasted
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9"x13' pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, whipped topping mix, pineapple juice, oil, and eggs. Mix until all is moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Meanwhile, in another mixing bowl, combine frosting, crushed pineapple, and coconut. Mix well. Spread evenly overtop cooled cake. Chill several hours before serving.
