onions, chopped

bell peppers, chopped

low-fat spaghetti sauce

angel hair spaghetti, cooked and drained

Parmesan cheese

eggs, slightly beaten

fat-free cottage cheese

mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 13"x9" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a large skillet, cook chicken, onions, and bell peppers until chicken is no longer pink. Add salt and spaghetti sauce. In a small bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, parmesan cheese, and eggs. Mix well. Place on bottom of prepared pan. Spread cottage cheese evenly over top. Spread spaghetti sauce mixture over top. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake for 20 minutes, or until heated through and cheese has melted.
