onions, chopped

turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed

mushrooms, sliced

frozen peas, thawed

stewed tomatoes, drained

lemon pepper seasoning

water
Prepare rice according to package directions. In a large skillet, cook onions and mushrooms until tender. Add turkey, peas, stewed tomatoes, lemon pepper, salt, and water. Reduce heat to low; simmer until water has absorbed, about five minutes. Stir in rice. Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
