Sugar Cookie Chocolate Bark

  • 8 ozs sugar cookie flavor candy wafers
  • 8 ozs vanilla flavored coating
  • 6 ozs sugar cookies, crushed
  • 1 oz sprinkles
Sugar Cookie Chocolate Bark
In a double boiler, melt wafers and vanilla-flavored coating until smooth. Mix until well blended. Spoon the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet, lined with wax paper. Press cookies slightly in the chocolate mixture. Sprinkle top evenly with sprinkles. Refrigerate for 45 minutes, or until chocolate is firm to the touch. Break into small pieces to serve. Note: The serving sizes will depend on how big you break into pieces.
