Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a jelly roll pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cookie mix, margarine, and egg. Mix until moistened. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes, or until soft enough to crumble. Cool. In a small bowl, crumble cookies until fine. Add sprinkles from frosting, frosting, and cream cheese until combined. Mix well. Shape mixture into one inch balls. Place balls into a storage container with lid and chill for several hours or until firm. Dip each ball into melted chocolate mixture. Place onto waxed paper lined baking sheets. Sprinkle balls with remaining sprinkles. Chill for 20 minutes, or until chocolate is set.
