Crust:

low-fat graham cracker crumbs

fat-free cream cheese, softened

fat-free milk

instant vanilla pudding mix

cinnamon

apple pie filling
To prepare crust, combine crumbs, margarine, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press mixture firmly in a small oblong pan. Spreading crumb mixture evenly in pie pan. Chill one hour, or until firm. Or, bake in a 375 oven for ten minutes or until edges are brown. To prepare filling, combine cream cheese, milk, pudding mixes and cinnamon. Mix until well blended and smooth. Then, spread evenly into crust. Spread apple pie filling evenly over the pudding mixture. Cover and chill for four hours or until set.
