Summer Noodles

Adapted from Art Ginsburg

  • 12 ozs egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 16 ozs fat-free cottage cheese
  • 8 ozs light sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and serve hot.
