Preheat oven to 375. Prepare a 9"x5" loaf pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, one and half cups spaghetti sauce, stuffing, and salt. Place mixture into prepared pan. Bake, uncovered, for one hour, or until loaf reaches 185 on a meat thermometer. Spread remaining spaghetti sauce evenly over top. Bake for 30 minutes more.
