air-popped popcorn

margarine

instant vanilla pudding mix

corn syrup

pure vanilla extract

salt
Place popcorn in a large bowl; set aside. In a glass bowl, melt margarine. Whisk in pudding mix, corn syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth. Microwave uncovered for 45 seconds or until bubbly. Pour over popcorn; tossing to coat. Spread in a prepared jelly roll pan. Bake at 250 for 25 minutes, or until crisp, stirring once. Remove popcorn from pan to waxed paper to cool. Break into pieces to serve.
