fully baked pizza crust, 12"

ground chicken breast, skinless

onions, chopped

bell peppers, chopped

low-sodium taco seasoning mix

fat-free refried beans

salsa

low-fat tortilla chips, crushed

enchilada sauce

cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350. Place baked crust on a 12" pizza pan; set aside. In a skillet, cook chicken, onions, and bell peppers until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in taco seasoning mix, beans, and salsa. Mix well and heat through. Spread onto crust. In a small bowl, combine tortilla chips and enchilada sauce. Mix well. Spread on top of chicken mixture. Sprinkle top evenly with cheese. Bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned around edges.
