light brown sugar, packed

margarine, softened

peanut butter

butterscotch chips

dried apples, chopped

caramel apple dip

cocktail peanuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a jelly roll pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix well and set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, margarine, peanut butter, and egg. Mix until combined. Add flour mixture, butterscotch chip, and chopped dried apples. Mix well. Spread mixture evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 25 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool. Spread caramel apple dip evenly over top. Sprinkle with peanuts. Chill several hours before serving.
