tuna in water, drained and flaked

2 cups
elbow macaroni, cooked and drained

1 cup
carrots, shredded

1 cup
celery, sliced

1/2 cup
onions, chopped

1/2 cup
bell peppers, chopped

5 slices
bacon slices, cooked and chopped

1 cup
light mayonnaise

2 tsps
white vinegar
-
1 tsp
lemon juice
-
1 tsp
yellow mustard

1 tsp
salt
In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, macaroni, carrots, celery, onions, bell peppers,and bacon (1/4 cup chopped). Mix well. Add mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, and salt. Mix well again. Cover and chill for several hours before serving.
