low sodium chicken broth

canned Italian style tomatoes, undrained

no-salt-added dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained

no-salt-added tomato paste

Italian seasoning

shell pasta, uncooked

frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

tuna in water, drained and flaked
In a large saucepan, combine chicken broth, tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato paste, and seasoning, Mix well. Bring mixture to a boil over high heat. Add uncooked shell pasta and tuna. Cook for eight minutes, or until pasta and vegetables are cooked.
