                                low sodium chicken broth

                                3     ozs
                                carrots, sliced

                                3     ozs
                                celery, sliced

                                3     ozs
                                egg noodles

                                12     ozs
                                tuna in water, drained
                            
- 
                                2     tsps
                                pizza seasoning
                            
- 
                                1     tsp
                                parsley
                            
- 
                                1/2 tsp
                                black pepper
                            
 
                    
             
            
In a large saucepan, heat chicken broth over high heat. Add carrots and celery. Mix well. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until vegetables are cooked. Add noodles, tuna, pizza seasoning, parsley, and black pepper. Mix well. Cook over low heat for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
