rotini pasta, cooked and drained

tuna in water, drained and flaked

frozen peas, thawed

celery, sliced

onions, chopped

light mayonnaise

apple cider vinegar

black pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, tuna, peas, celery, and onions; set aside. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, and black pepper. Mix until smooth. Fold into macaroni mixture, tossing to coat well. Cover and chill several hours before serving.
