chicken broth

black pepper

1/2 cup
carrots, sliced

celery, sliced

turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed

1 cup
egg noodles, uncooked
In a large saucepan, combine broth, black pepper, carrots, and celery. Heat over medium-high heat, heat to a boil. Add turkey and noodle substitute. Cook ten minutes, or until noodles are done, stirring often.
