Glaze:

powdered sugar

pure vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 8"x4" loaf pan with cooking spray; set aside. To prepare batter, combine flour, brown sugar, cookie crumbs, three tablespoons almonds, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Add oil, egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until all is moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining almonds evenly over top. Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Meanwhile to prepare glaze, combine powdered sugar, remaining vanilla extract, and water in a liquid measure. Mix well. Pour over loaf. Cool.
