canned dark red kidney beans, undrained

canned crushed tomatoes

turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed

chili powder

cilantro

red pepper flakes

black pepper
In a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat cook bell peppers, onions, garlic in oil until tender. Add beans, tomatoes, water, turkey, chili powder, cilantro, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Increase heat to high and bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer mixture, uncovered for 25 minutes.
