Preheat oven to 400. Prepare 16 standard muffin pans with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine wheat germ, flour, sugar, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, and pumpkin seeds. Mix well. Add bananas, milk, eggs, and oil. Mix until all is moistened. Spoon batter evenly into prepared pans. Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
