ground chicken breast

onions, chopped

low-sodium chili seasoning mix

low sodium chicken broth

canned white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
In a large skillet, cook chicken and onions until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in chili seasoning mix, chicken broth, and beans. Mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer ten minutes, or until heated through.
