margarine, softened

peppermint extract

Baker's white chocolate baking squares

peppermint candies, finely crushed
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar cookie mix, white chocolate chips, and peppermint crunch baking chips Mix well. Add margarine, egg, and peppermint extract until all is combined. Chill dough until easy to handle. Preheat the oven to 350. Prepare cookie sheets with cooking spray, Roll dough into balls and place 2" apart onto baking sheets. Bake for ten minutes, or until browned. Cool. Meanwhile, melt chocolate until smooth. Dip each cookie into melted chocolate and then dip in crushed peppermint candy.
