Apple Cinnamon Cheerios cereal, crushed

fat-free cream cheese, softened

apple pie spice

apple juice
To prepare crust, combine crushed cereal, margarine, and two tablespoons sugar in a mixing bowl. Press mixture firmly into bottom of a 9" springform pan. Chill one hour, or until firm. Or, bake in a 350 oven for 10 minutes or until edges are light brown. Cool on rack before filling. Preheat oven to 300. To prepare filling, combine cream cheese, sugar, flour, apple pie spice, eggs, and apple juice. Mix until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake for one hour, or until edges are firm but center slightly jingles. Turn off oven and leave cheesecake in oven for 30 minutes. Remove and cool completely. Cover and chill several hours or overnight before serving.
