Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a miixng bowl, combine baking mix, oats, 2/3 cup brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well. Add milk and apple pie filling. Mix until all is moistened. Sprinkle top evenly with remaining brown sugar. Bake for 40 minutes, or until browned on top.
