Topping:

1/3 cup
unbleached flour

light brown sugar, packed

margarine
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare 12 standard muffin cups with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine self rising flour, half cup brown sugar, one teaspoon cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg, applesauce, egg, and oil. Mix until all is moistened. Spoon batter evenly among muffins cups; set aside. Meanwhile to prepare topping, combine unbleached flour, remaining brown sugar, remaining cinnamon, remaining nutmeg, and margarine in a small bowl. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over top each muffin. Bake for 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
