mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 350. In a large skillet, cook chicken, onions, and bell peppers until chicken is no longer pink. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt. Stir in spaghetti sauce; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked linguine, parmesan cheese, egg, oil, basil, and remaining salt. Mix well. Place mixture in and up sides of ungreased 9" pie pan. Spread cottage cheese over linguine. Spread chicken mixture over cottage cheese layer. Sprinkle top evenly with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 25 minutes or until heated through.
