low-fat spaghetti sauce

ziti pasta, cooked

parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a large saucepan, cook chicken and onions until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in salt. Add spaghetti sauce, one cup cheese, and cooked ziti pasta. Mix well. Spread mixture evenly into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese evenly over top. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
