whole wheat flour

Heat Belgian waffle iron and spray with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine baking mix and flour. Stir in milk, egg, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until blended. Pour half cup batter per waffle onto hot waffle iron. Bake for four minutes, or as directed from your waffle iron instructions.
