Batter

banana quick bread mix

water

olive oil

egg whites

1/2 tsp
cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375. Prepare a 9"x5" loaf pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a small bowl, combine flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Add walnuts; set aside. To prepare batter, combine bread mix, water, oil, egg whites, and remaining cinnamon. Mix until all is moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
