corn squares cereal, crushed fine

bananas, mashed, 2 bananas

olive oil

1 whole
egg

1/4 cup
fat-free milk

Preheat oven to 400. Prepare 13 standard muffin cups with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cereal, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well. Stir in bananas, oil, egg, and milk. Mix until all is moistened. Spoon half the batter into each muffin cup. Place one tablespoon of filling in each center. Top evenly with remaining batter . Bake for 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
