In a large skillet, cook chicken and onions until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce, white vinegar, Sriracha sauce, Teriyaki sauce, salt, and garlic powder. Mix well and cook for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
