bran flakes cereal

frozen blueberries
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare 12 standard muffin pans with cooking spray; set aside. In a small bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cereal and milk. Let set for three minutes. Add egg and oil. Mix well. Fold in flour mixture and blueberries. Pour batter evenly among prepared muffin pans. Bake for 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
