granulated sugar

baking soda

bananas, mashed, 3 bananas

2 1/2 cups
bran flakes cereal

1/4 cup
margarine, softened

eggs

1/4 cup
pecans, chopped
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9"x5" loaf pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a small bowl, combine cereal and bananas. Add to dry ingredients. Stir in margarine, eggs, and pecans. Mix well. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake for one hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
