                                water, boiled

                                garlic powder

                                   5     ozs         
                                frozen broccoli flowerets

                                   3     ozs

Preheat oven to 425. In a 9"x9" pan, combine rice and seasoning packet. Add boiling water; mix well. Lay chicken breasts on top of rice. In a small bowl, combine salt and garlic powder. Sprinkle evenly over top chicken in pan. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Add broccoli, cover and bake ten minutes longer or until chicken is no longer pink and broccoli is cooked. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, for five minutes more or until cheese has melted.
