margarine, melted

unbleached flour

fat-free milk

salt

parmesan cheese, grated

frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and cooked

fettuccine, cooked and drained
In a large saucepan, melt margarine. Stir in flour, milk, and salt. Bring mixture to a boil and whisk for five minutes, or until thickened. Remove from heat. Add parmesan cheese and broccoli. Mix well. Serve over cooked fettuccine.
