lasagna noodles, uncooked
Prepare a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, one cup mozzarella cheese, egg, broccoli, salt, basil, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well. In prepared pan, layer half cup spaghetti sauce, a third of the noodles, and half of the cottage cheese mixture. Repeat layer and top with remaining noodles and remaining sauce. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Refrigerate for several hours. Preheat oven to 350. Cover top with foil and bake for one hour, or until hot and bubbly.
