Marshmallow Peeps, bunny shaped
Preheat oven to 325. Prepare a 9"x5" loaf pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until all is moistened. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake for one hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool. Cut cooled cake into 1/2" slices. Line bottom of 13" x 9" baking pan with cake slices. Top with pie filling and whipped topping evenly. Refrigerate for one hour or until chilled. Tint coconut with green food coloring. Sprinkle evenly over dessert. Decorate with jelly beans and Marshmallow Peeps as desired.
