light pork sausage

1/2 cup
onions, chopped

celery, sliced

chicken broth

cajun seasoning

garlic powder

salt

instant brown rice
In a large skillet, cook sausage, onions, and celery until sausage is no longer pink. Stir in chicken broth, cajun seasoning, garlic power, and salt. Mix well and bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand ten minutes.
