rotini pasta, cooked and drained

celery, chopped

1/2 cup
onions, chopped

light mayonnaise

3 tbsps
red wine vinegar

3 tbsps
yellow mustard

2 tbsps
cajun seasoning

1 tsp
salt

1/2 tsp
black pepper
In a skillet, cook celery and onions until both are tender. Cool. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Add cooled pasta and celery mixture. Mix well again. Chill several hours before serving.
