bananas, mashed, 2 bananas

carrots, grated

walnuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9"x5" loaf pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well. Add eggs, bananas, oil, carrots, and walnuts. Mix until all is moistened. Pour batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake for one hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
